Ultimate Squash Weekend Camp:
Friday, March 26- Sunday, March 28
Limited to 25 Participants in 3 distinct tracks:

  1. Those players gearing up for the Silver National tournament in April
  2. Those experienced, competitive players looking for a weekend of intensive and fun training & competitive match play
  3. Those players that are relatively new to squash who are eager to work on their skills and who are interested in learning more about the structure of squash camp

 

Schedule for the Weekend
   
Friday, March 26: Arrive at Yale gym by 5pm  
  5:00 pm   Intros and Review of schedule for weekend
  5:15-7:30pm      Technical session A and Movement/fitness session A
  7:30 pm      Back to the hotel for overnight players
  8:15pm   Dinner (for overnight players)
       
Saturday, March 27:
  9:00-11:45am         Technical session B and Squash specific fitness and movement session B
  11:45am   Stretching
  12:15-2:00pm          Lunch and time off
  2:00-4:45pm    Tactical session A and Match Play 
  4:45-5:15pm   Stretching
  5:15-5:30pm   Wrap up for the day
  5:45     Back to the hotel
  6:45pm   Dinner and movie
 
Sunday, March 28:
 
9:00-11:45am
  Technical session C, Tactical session B and Squash specific fitness and
movement session C (shorter sessions)/ Match play
  11:45am    Wrap up for the weekend
  12:00    Leave from Yale gym
